I’m learning to write Czech

Líza-webLíza, 12, arrived with her mum with just with a backpack. They fled through fields and forests to avoid the dangers of the green corridor. Líza saw dead people in cars and buses riddled with bullets; luckily, she, and her mum were not sitting there... Eventually she reached Prague, she lives in an apartment with a strange lady, where she likes it because there is a dog she can walk. She had to leave her dog in the backyard back home and she's worried if he's got anything to eat, if he's still alive... Líza started going to school a week after arriving in the Czech Republic. What she enjoys most is learning to read and write in Latin alphabet.

We can help people like Líza and her mum thanks to your donations.
