"Many refugee families have nothing at all," says Lada Vlčková, head of the crisis service of Diocesan Caritas Pilsen, now the main coordinator of aid in the entire area. "However, we try to set certain boundaries with the help so that these people do not become dependent. At the same time, we have to make sure that we do not neglect Czech citizens," Lada recalls the sensitivity of the situation.
